Singapore-Based Dyna.Ai Secures Multi-Million Dollar Series A to Accelerate Agentic AI Adoption
Dyna.Ai, a Singapore-based company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions, has closed a multi-million dollar Series A funding round (eight-figure sum) without disclosing the total amount. The round was led by Lion X Ventures, a Singaporean venture capital fund, guided by OCBC Bank’s Mid-Capital unit.
The round also saw participation from ADATA, a publicly listed Taiwanese company, a Korean financial institution, and several seasoned financial industry experts with decades of experience.
The funding will accelerate the deployment of Dyna.Ai’s Agentic AI solutions, aimed at helping organizations move from initial experiments to fully operational AI systems delivering measurable business outcomes.
Dyna.Ai follows a “Results-as-a-Service” model, emphasizing measurable returns and revenue, which has proven effective in heavily regulated financial environments. The company combines sector-specific expertise with tools for building AI agents, pre-configured task agents, and integrated operational applications capable of executing tasks within workflows while ensuring compliance, governance, and accountability.
Its solutions are currently deployed in real operational environments at major institutions, including global and regional banks and financial organizations across Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. They streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and improve workforce efficiency.
The investment reflects strong investor confidence in Dyna.Ai’s execution-focused approach and long-term platform development. This comes as the Southeast Asian AI market is projected to exceed $16 billion by 2033. Singapore is also reinforcing its position as a regional AI hub, committing over SGD 1 billion to public AI research in the next five years.
Thomas Skomal, Chairman and Co-Founder of Dyna.Ai, stated that the company was founded to address structural operational challenges within organizations, prioritizing tangible business outcomes over experimental AI initiatives.
Erin Goh, CEO of Lion X Ventures, highlighted that enterprise AI is entering a new phase requiring measurable results and effective deployment, noting Dyna.Ai’s unique ability to scale agentic AI in complex, highly regulated environments.
Cynthia Siantar, Head of Investor Relations and GM for Singapore and Hong Kong at Dyna.Ai, emphasized that organizations in the region are increasingly integrating AI into daily operations to achieve measurable results. She confirmed the company’s plan to expand its platform presence in Singapore across banking, financial, and insurance institutions regionally and globally.
Founded in 2024, Dyna.Ai aims to tackle structural bottlenecks in enterprise operations, helping companies transition from proof-of-concept to enterprise-scale AI deployments focused on delivering real business outcomes.
