CASIO Music Expands CSR Footprint in Egypt Through Keyboard Donations to Ahl Masr and Misr Al-Kheir

CASIO Music Middle East & Africa (CMEA) has launched a new Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in Egypt through the donation of CT-S200 digital keyboards to Ahl Masr Foundation and Misr Al-Kheir Foundation.

The initiative highlights CASIO’s belief that music is not merely an art form, but a powerful instrument for healing, education, and social empowerment.

At Ahl Masr Foundation — Egypt’s first non-profit hospital dedicated to providing free treatment for burn victims — the donated keyboards will be incorporated into rehabilitation and psychological support programs. Music therapy plays a crucial role in rebuilding emotional strength, restoring self-confidence, and encouraging creative expression among patients during recovery.

In collaboration with Misr Al-Kheir Foundation, the keyboards will also be distributed to selected community schools across Egypt, particularly in underserved areas. The goal is to broaden access to structured music education, fostering creativity, discipline, and cognitive development among students.

Shigeru Watanabe, Managing Director of CASIO Middle East & Africa, emphasized that expanding access to music education remains central to the company’s regional vision, adding that the partnership aims to create lasting social impact by supporting healing journeys and empowering future generations.

This initiative forms part of CASIO’s long-term strategy to promote inclusive music education and sustainable community development throughout the Middle East and Africa.
