City Edge Begins New Phase of Retail and F&B Unit Handover at Maspero Mall in Cairo
City Edge, a leading real estate development and asset management company in Egypt, announced the commencement of a new phase for handover of retail and F&B units at Maspero Mall, one of the prominent integrated commercial projects in central Cairo. The move reflects the company’s commitment to delivering its construction plans with the highest quality standards and strict adherence to timelines, in line with its ongoing dedication to clients and partners.
The current phase targets retail and restaurant units designed with advanced architectural and technical specifications to meet the needs of both local and international brands. Unit sizes range from 51 to 419 square meters, with 42 out of 75 units ready for handover, including over 30 units available for immediate occupancy, as part of a phased delivery plan.
Maspero Mall is strategically located within the Maspero Triangle near the Nile Corniche, El-Galaa Street, and Abdel Moneim Riad Square, linking central Cairo with surrounding vital districts.
