Digital Government Authority Launches the Fifth Edition of the Government Digital Services Experience Maturity Index 2026
The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the launch of the fifth edition of the Government Digital Services Experience Maturity Index 2026, with the participation of 61 selected digital platforms, chosen based on specific criteria.
The index aims to measure the maturity of government digital platforms, products, services, and their affiliated channels through four main perspectives and 20 dimensions. These include beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools, in line with the strategic directions of digital government.
The index contributes to achieving several national objectives, including attaining advanced rankings in leading international indicators, providing a seamless and integrated digital experience for beneficiaries, and ensuring inclusive access for all segments of society, including persons with disabilities and senior citizens. It also supports enhancing government entities’ responsiveness to complaints.
The Authority continues to play a pivotal role in regulating government platforms and services, measuring the digital performance of government entities, and launching performance indicators that enhance operational efficiency, support the digital economy, and improve quality of life—thereby strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a global leader in digital transformation.
