Based in Riyadh, Alarifi holds a BS in Accounting from King Saud University, with certifications including SOCPA, U.S. CPA (NH), CIA, CRMA, and Licensed Corporate Adviser. His expertise spans corporate finance, M&A execution, performance turnarounds, and risk frameworks across sectors such as real estate, technology, aviation, logistics, and sports.
From his foundational experience in external audit at Ernst & Young/Arthur Andersen to internal leadership at Al-Elm and subsequent CFO roles in investment groups, Alarifi has consistently driven capital allocation, investment structuring, fundraising strategies, operational efficiency, and compliance ecosystems, ensuring sustainable ROI in complex markets.
