PRE Group Partners with Colliers to Develop Integrated Advisory Program for Hotel and Resort Portfolio
PRE Group, a leading real estate development group, announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Colliers, one of the world’s largest real estate advisory firms, to launch a comprehensive advisory program aimed at developing the group’s portfolio of hotels and resorts. The move reflects confidence in the pivotal role of real estate development in driving tourism growth and aligns with Egypt’s ambitious plans to expand hotel capacity and strengthen its position on the global tourism map.
The projects under review are located across a range of strategic destinations, combining major urban centers with premium coastal locations. This geographic diversity highlights PRE Group’s flexibility and capability to deliver innovative hospitality products that meet the evolving needs of tourists and investors alike. Through this collaboration, PRE Group will leverage Colliers’ extensive expertise in market research, feasibility studies, selection of international hotel operators, and investment return optimization, ensuring that each project is tailored to its location in line with the highest international standards.
The advisory study will cover 12 flagship projects across five key regions in Egypt, including East and West Cairo, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Marsa Alam. The portfolio is expected to include 16 to 18 hotels and 10 to 12 hospitality assets, with a targeted total capacity of 2,750 to 3,500 hotel rooms, in addition to 6,000 to 8,000 branded serviced and furnished residential units.
This strategic partnership further strengthens PRE Group’s position as an integrated developer with a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, administrative, and hospitality sectors. It also underscores the group’s commitment to delivering sustainable developments that create long-term value for partners, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the competitiveness of Egypt’s tourism offering.
