Global mobility and urban services platform inDrive has announced the launch of inDrive Ads in Egypt, marking a strategic step toward diversifying revenue streams while maintaining affordable ride prices for passengers and low commission rates for drivers.

The new advertising platform is currently available across 20 key global markets, with Egypt identified as a priority market. The service already reaches the majority of inDrive’s monthly active users and is set to expand across all company markets later this year.

inDrive Ads aims to strengthen the platform’s financial resilience by generating additional revenue that supports one of the lowest commission models in the mobility sector. The initiative also reinforces long-term sustainability for drivers, riders, and local communities. A portion of advertising inventory will be allocated to support inDrive’s social impact programs, enabling wider outreach at low or zero cost.

Early indicators show strong momentum, with advertiser demand doubling month over month. Pilot campaigns recorded high engagement levels from brands across e-commerce, fashion, retail, and financial services. Notable partnerships include collaborations with fintech companies such as Monet in Colombia and Skyro in the Philippines, as well as a leading Mexican bank that distributed new credit cards through the platform.

The advertising solution offers multi-format placements throughout the marketing funnel, supported by transparent in-app measurement tools designed to ensure campaign effectiveness.
