‏Misr City is enhancing its vertical expansion by launching a group of subsidiaries to support the integrated real estate development system.

Madinet Misr (EGX: MASR.CA) announced its diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including some of its most prominent developments such as Taj City and Sarai, Butterfly in Mostakbal City, Talaala in New Heliopolis, and Zoho in New Assiut City, totaling 28 residential projects and 3 commercial and mixed-use projects, in addition to two sports clubs, one in Taj City and the other in Sarai.

As part of its strategy for vertical expansion and building an integrated ecosystem across all stages of real estate development, Madinet Masr established and launched several subsidiaries and specialized platforms during 2024 and 2025. Doors, a project management and sales company, was founded in mid-2024, while the remaining entities were launched in 2025, with most expected to be fully operational by 2026.

These companies include CHUM, which manages residential and commercial communities; Madinet Masr Finishing; and KLUB Kayan, specializing in sports club management. The company's diversified portfolio also includes SAFE, a real estate investment platform, as well as Touba, an alternative to traditional payment methods, and Certificate of Trust, an innovative alternative to the traditional maintenance deposit, both operating under the umbrella of Madinet Masr Innovation Labs, the company's innovation arm.

On a regional level, Egypt City has taken strategic steps reflecting its confidence in exporting Egyptian expertise to promising markets, through the launch of “Citydom” in partnership with Wahij Real Estate in the Saudi market, in addition to establishing “Cities of the World” in Dubai to be its arm concerned with managing its projects outside Egypt, thus establishing a new growth phase based on long-term partnerships and transferring a successful operating model to the region’s markets.
