PraxisPro Raises $6 Million Seed Round to Advance AI-Powered Medical Sales Training

U.S.-based PraxisPro, a company specializing in medical sales training technologies, has announced the successful completion of a $6 million seed funding round aimed at accelerating the development of its AI-driven training platform for pharmaceutical and medical technology sales teams.

PraxisPro was founded by Cam Badger, alongside Dr. Benny Alof and Projo Jerry, drawing on their extensive hands-on experience in medical sales. The founders identified critical gaps in traditional training programs, particularly the lack of effective tools to strengthen communication skills and ensure regulatory compliance.

The company’s platform leverages small language models (SLMs) trained specifically on life sciences data, enabling organizations to simulate realistic interactions with healthcare professionals. Through an intelligent AI agent, sales representatives can rehearse potential conversations, respond to objections, and refine messaging while adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks.

PraxisPro stated that its platform can be deployed as a standalone solution or seamlessly integrated with enterprise systems. By enhancing the quality of commercial communication, the company aims to support the more effective delivery of innovative therapies to physicians—ultimately benefiting patient outcomes.

The newly raised capital will be directed toward research and development, with a focus on expanding AI capabilities and deepening specialization within the life sciences sector, amid growing demand for personalized and intelligent sales training tools.
