Egyptian Agricultural Bank Appoints Kareem Youssef as Chief Human Resources Officer

Kareem Youssef brings over 35 years of extensive experience in human resources across banking and multiple industries. He has held prominent leadership roles, including CHRO at CIB, Vice President of Human Resources at Telecom Egypt, and now leading the HR division at the Egyptian Agricultural Bank.
He began his career in 1994 at Arthur Andersen, followed by senior HR roles at El Ezz Steel, Hay Group Egypt, and AstraZeneca. Youssef is a firm believer that human resources are the cornerstone of organizational success, emphasizing talent acquisition, development, and retention through training in a motivating and supportive environment.
