Palmier Developments partners with Sky Contracting to support Zayard Elite after 75% of the work has been completed.

Palmier Developments announced the signing of a new contract with Sky Contracting, one of the leading contracting companies operating in the Egyptian market, to complete its Zayard Elite residential project in New Zayed City. This is part of the company's plan to accelerate construction and deliver the entire project ahead of schedule in 2026.

Palmier Developments confirmed that the project is currently 75% complete in terms of the concrete structure, with ongoing work on the building facade and exterior plastering. The company stated that construction is progressing according to the approved timeline, ensuring the project's delivery in December 2026.

The company explained that the contract with Sky Contracting covers the completion of the concrete structure within the project, which is part of a total investment of approximately EGP 500 million. This investment includes infrastructure and construction work, with the entire investment to be completed by 2026.

The Zayard Elite project is being built on 15 acres, with a total built-up area of ​​approximately 63,000 square meters. It comprises 118 villas of various types, including detached villas and twin houses, designed according to the latest architectural standards. To provide a comprehensive residential experience that combines privacy and luxury.

Palmier Developments confirmed that this contract reflects its strategy of collaborating with strong and experienced contracting companies to expedite project completion, ensure the highest quality standards, and deliver units ahead of schedule.

The Zayard Elite project boasts several competitive advantages, most notably its prime location approximately 500 meters from the Dahshur Link Road. Situated on elevated land with a natural slope, it offers all units stunning views and is conveniently close to essential services and the Dahshur tourist promenade.

The project features expansive green spaces, artificial lakes, recreational areas, and playgrounds, along with a range of integrated amenities including barbecue areas, children's play areas, private gardens, a water fountain, and private parking.

The project also benefits from easy access to major thoroughfares, being just minutes away from the Alexandria Desert Road, Mall of Arabia, the Dahshur Link Road, Sphinx International Airport, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, enhancing its residential and investment value.
