CIB Securities Launches New Version of “Mahfazaty Plus” Digital Trading Platform
Commercial International Brokerage (CIB Securities) announced the launch of the upgraded version of its digital trading platform “Mahfazaty Plus”, in a move aimed at enhancing investor experience and providing an integrated ecosystem for managing and executing all electronic trading services with greater ease and efficiency.
Commenting on the launch, Ahmed Abdel Latif, Chairman of CIB Securities, said the development was supported by the regulatory framework introduced by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
“The role played by the Financial Regulatory Authority deserves strong recognition,” Abdel Latif said. “Its fintech-supportive regulations have driven a qualitative shift in non-banking financial services. Our company has obtained a license to conduct brokerage activities using financial technology, enabling us to deliver all trading services through the Mahfazaty Plus application.”
He added that the company plans to expand the platform in the coming period by introducing new investment products, offering users broader opportunities to diversify their portfolios.
Meanwhile, Mostafa Ebeid, Head of Information Technology, noted that the company has invested over the past ten years in developing its digital infrastructure and operational systems. He emphasized that the new version of Mahfazaty Plus represents a natural extension of these long-term investments, reinforcing CIB Securities’ position as one of the leading brokerage firms affiliated with investment banks in the Egyptian market.
In the same context, Mostafa Mahmoud, Head of Electronic Trading, stressed the company’s commitment to continuous customer support.

The upgraded platform features a more advanced and flexible interface, giving users access to a comprehensive suite of smart tools, including real-time financial reports, expert recommendations, and market analysis, alongside seamless execution of investment transactions through a unified dashboard.
Mahfazaty Plus allows investors to open trading accounts digitally, execute buy and sell orders, transfer funds, collect dividends, and participate in initial public offerings (IPOs), all without paperwork or in-person procedures—reflecting a full transition toward digital brokerage services.
