Egypt Real Estate Platform will begin accepting online reservations for units in the Diyarna project tomorrow, Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Reservations will continue until Monday, January 19, 2026, as part of the second phase of the 400,000-unit housing initiative.
The platform clarified that the reservation process includes 25,000 housing units that were offered last November, in line with the state's plan to provide diverse housing options to suit different income levels.
Project Booking Schedule
The Misr Real Estate platform has set the following dates for online booking of various projects:

From Sunday, January 18th to Monday, January 19th, 2026
• Zilal Project Units:
From Tuesday, January 20th to Wednesday, January 21st, 2026
• Ismailia Units:
Thursday, January 22nd, 2026
• Jannah, Sakan Misr, Rawdat Al Obour, and Free Housing Units:
From Monday, January 26th to Tuesday, January 27th, 2026

Reason for Last Week's Booking Postponement
The opening of bookings comes after the Misr Real Estate platform decided last week to postpone bookings for middle-income and luxury housing units due to the implementation of limited organizational updates, as part of its ongoing efforts to ensure the highest levels of security, transparency, and equal opportunities for all registered citizens. On the platform.
The platform explained in a previous statement that no units were reserved or allocated during the update period, in order to protect data security, citizens' rights, and ensure the integrity of the procedures. It also emphasized that these updates will not affect applicants' data or reservation priority.
