United Brothers Engineering Industries Launches Intensive Training Program Ahead of 2026 Expansion Plans
United Brothers Engineering Industries, owner of the Siltal brand, has announced the rollout of an intensive training program targeting heads of customer service, maintenance, after-sales services, and sales departments, as part of a comprehensive strategy to enhance operational efficiency and prepare for a new phase of expansion in 2026.
Dr. Hatem Raslan, Chairman of the Board of United Brothers Engineering Industries, stated that the program is designed to elevate professionalism in customer relations, improve response times to customer requests, and deliver higher-quality, more efficient services. He noted that the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring optimal support across all stages of the after-sales journey.
The training program places a strong focus on the Odoo system, one of the leading integrated platforms for workflow management across multiple departments. By adopting this system, the company aims to accelerate performance, improve coordination, and increase overall operational efficiency, underscoring its dedication to developing internal processes and creating a flexible, well-structured work environment that supports employee performance and well-being.
Dr. Raslan also revealed that the company organized a dedicated training and orientation day for sales representatives from Cairo, Giza, and all governorates across Egypt. The event aimed to deepen participants’ knowledge of Siltal products, their technical specifications, and the company’s latest offerings, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with accurate and comprehensive information to guide customers toward the most suitable products. The program included a field visit to the factory, allowing sales representatives to observe the manufacturing process firsthand and further reinforce confidence in product quality.
The initiative comes in line with United Brothers’ 2026 strategy, which includes the launch of a new product range featuring enhanced quality standards and advanced technologies. According to the company, this upcoming phase requires a highly prepared workforce with strong communication skills to effectively convey the brand’s value proposition to the Egyptian market.
Dr. Raslan further announced an ambitious expansion plan for the Siltal brand across major retail outlets in Cairo, including B.Tech, Cairo Sales, Egyptian Markets on Abdel Aziz Street, and Mazaya. He added that a broader nationwide expansion covering all governorates is set to be unveiled in early 2026, with the goal of making Siltal products more accessible and readily available to customers across Egypt.
He emphasized that the new phase builds on more than six decades of customer trust, noting that the company’s marketing slogan for the coming year will be: “60 Years of Trust… and Still Going Strong.”
Dr. Raslan concluded that strengthening partnerships with leading retail chains enhances United Brothers’ ability to reach a wider customer base. He noted that the company’s network of clients and success partners includes Raneen, B.Tech, Egyptian Markets (Abdel Aziz Street), Mazaya, and Cairo Sales, adding that this expansion reinforces United Brothers’ presence in the Egyptian market as it prepares for a new chapter of growth, quality, and development in 2026.
