Etesal Association and Impact Management Sign Strategic MoU to Support Regional Expansion of Egyptian ICT Companies
In a new step reflecting their commitment to supporting the growth and competitiveness of Egyptian information and communications technology (ICT) companies, the Etesal Association signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Impact Management, aiming to launch a joint cooperation framework that opens new markets and enhances regional expansion opportunities for Egyptian ICT companies.

The MoU was signed during a high-level official event held at the historic Sultan Hussein Kamel Palace, attended by senior ICT sector leaders, representatives of both parties, as well as a group of partners and stakeholders from the digital economy ecosystem. The signing underscores the significance of the new partnership, which comes at a pivotal time amid rapid regional market expansion and growing demand for Egyptian technology solutions backed by competitive expertise and skilled talent.
The agreement establishes a comprehensive framework for cooperation between Etesal Association and Impact Management, based on aligning efforts and leveraging both parties’ regional networks and expertise. The partnership aims to support business development activities, expand the regional presence of Egyptian companies, create effective engagement opportunities with potential partners, and facilitate the entry of Egyptian technology solutions and services into new regional markets.

Commenting on the MoU, Eng. Hossam Magued, Chairman of the Board of Etesal Association, said the agreement is part of the association’s broader strategy to strengthen the regional role of Egyptian ICT companies. He noted that the cooperation represents an important step toward opening new markets for Egyptian technology firms, enhancing their regional expansion prospects, and enabling the establishment of sustainable strategic partnerships.
Magued added that Etesal places particular emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, helping them capitalize on regional opportunities through effective partnerships with entities that possess practical experience and extensive networks across target markets.
For her part, Ms. Kholoud Mohamed, Chief Executive Officer of Impact Management, expressed her appreciation for the partnership, emphasizing that the MoU reflects a shared vision focused on empowering Egyptian companies to achieve meaningful regional growth. She stated that the collaboration aims to create tangible business opportunities and connect Egyptian companies with regional and international networks that support sustainable expansion.
