Emaar Misr for Development stated that the arbitration dispute between it and Arabtec does not exceed 2% of the company's equity.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, the company added that the dispute has been ongoing since January 2025, with a total claim value of EGP 680 million. The majority of this claim relates to the project's execution timeline and a list of defects, while claims related to price differences represent a small portion of the total claim value.
