New Jersey Real Estate Development Completes Exterior Works on “Jura Sokhna–Red Sea” as Part of Egypt’s Plan to Expand Hotel Apartment Capacity
New Jersey Real Estate Development has announced the completion of exterior finishing works — including façade painting — on its Jura Sokhna–Red Sea project, marking a significant step forward in the company’s construction schedule and reaffirming its commitment to delivering high-quality tourism and real estate developments.
Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Real Estate Development, stated that completing the exterior works represents a major milestone in the project’s progress. He emphasized that this achievement reflects the company’s vision of delivering an integrated real estate product that combines architectural excellence with strong investment potential, especially in one of the most promising tourism destinations on the Red Sea: the Galala region of Ain Sokhna.
Youssef added that Jura Sokhna–Red Sea includes a large number of hotel-style units, aligning with the Egyptian government’s strategic direction to enhance hotel capacity and support tourism growth, particularly in dynamic coastal destinations. He stressed that the project was designed as a fully integrated resort offering both accommodation and investment opportunities.
He highlighted that the company continues to adopt the latest design and construction methodologies to ensure the highest standards of sustainability, operational quality, and long-term investment value. The commitment to excellence, he noted, extends not only to the residential units but also to the façades and surrounding outdoor areas, ensuring the project retains its market appeal for years to come.
Youssef affirmed that New Jersey Real Estate Development remains fully committed to its implementation plan for the remaining phases of the project, while simultaneously exploring new expansion opportunities in line with its strategic vision for contributing to the development of Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors.
