Al-Safi Group signs a strategic partnership agreement with the Arab Organization for Industrialization to enhance Egypt”s position as a regional center for advanced technologies
Al-Safi Group participates for the first time in the Egyptian International Defense Exhibition "EDEX 2025" (EDEX 2025), which will be held from 1 to 4 December 2025 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, to bring together the elite of international and regional companies working in the fields of defense, security and advanced technology.
This participation represents an affirmation of Al Safi Group's leading position in the field of advanced technology and security solutions, and its pivotal role in building an integrated digital security system. It also reflects its commitment to supporting the security and defense sector at the local and international levels, and strengthening Egypt's position as a regional center for advanced technologies.
During the exhibition, Al Safi Group reveals a range of its latest advanced technological solutions, including integrated operating room management systems, which provide an intelligent design that unifies all elements of operations under one roof, innovative defense systems that adapt to evolving security challenges, in addition to advanced artificial intelligence platforms for data analysis and risk prediction, which have been developed to meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability, and are characterized by proactive analytical capabilities, and a flexible design that keeps pace with the latest international standards, enhancing the capabilities of defense and security institutions.
In an important strategic development, the Egyptian International Defense Exhibition "IDEX 2025" witnessed the official announcement of the strategic partnership between Al-Safi Group and the Arab Organization for Industrialization, one of the most prominent industrial pillars in Egypt, to become the Group's regional trade representative of the Authority, representing it in the regional and international markets, marketing and exporting technological solutions and high-quality products it produces, which contributes to enhancing the Egyptian technological presence globally and supporting the national economy.
The agreement was signed by Major General Engineer Abdul Rahman Abdul Azim Othman, Director General of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and Major General Sami Matawa, Director of Project Management at Al-Safi Group, in the presence of Major General A. H. Engineer Mukhtar Abdul Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and Safi Wahba, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Safi Group.
AS PART OF THE EXHIBITION, AL-SAFI GROUP WILL REVIEW ITS EFFORTS IN THE LOCALIZATION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPORTING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF ITS SUBSIDIARY "AL-SAFI INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS" (AIS) IN LAUNCHING THE FIRST LOCAL FACTORY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ADVANCED SMART SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL BRAND "HOLOWITS" WITH INVESTMENTS OF 50 MILLION POUNDS, TO SERVE AS A QUALITATIVE LEAP IN THE DIGITAL SECURITY SECTOR.
The new factory is a strategic step that puts Egypt in a leading position in the field of security technology, and achieves Egypt's Vision 2030 for digital transformation and the localization of the high-tech industry, which enhances national technological security, reduces the import bill and saves hard currency, where the production capacity reaches 2 million cameras annually.
The cameras are highly efficient and able to meet the needs of vital institutions and various business sectors, including industrial establishments, banks, government bodies, and infrastructure projects, which enhances the ability of the Egyptian market to compete regionally and internationally.
Al-Safi Group invited all those interested in modern technologies, industry pioneers, and the media to visit its distinguished pavilion at the Egyptian International Defense Exhibition "EDEX 2025" (EDEX 2025), and to learn about the future of security and defense technology manufactured by Egyptian hands, stressing that Egypt has become able to compete globally in the advanced technology industry.
