ITIDA Selects Three Innovative Projects in CFP Round 38
The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has announced the selection of three cutting-edge research and innovation projects under the 38th round of its Collaborative Funded Projects (CFP) program, a flagship initiative designed to foster emerging technologies and bridge the gap between scientific research and industry applications in Egypt.
According to ITIDA, the selected projects highlight the strength and depth of Egyptian talent, particularly in fast-growing fields such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The agency emphasized that the winning proposals demonstrate a successful model of collaboration between academia and industry, enabling startups and innovators to translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions that enhance Egypt’s technological competitiveness regionally and globally.

1. 3D Calmness – AI-Powered Digital Mental Health Assistant
Developed by Shams IT, 3D Calmness aims to create an AI-driven, computer-based psychological assistant supported by virtual reality and emerging immersive technologies. The project seeks to provide innovative digital therapeutic tools that enhance user well-being through personalized and interactive mental health experiences.
2. AutoHillMaster AI – Intelligent Automotive Testing System
Created by TechnoWelle Egypt, AutoHillMaster AI introduces an AI-powered Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing system designed to advance automated testing processes within the automotive industry. The solution improves vehicle performance and safety, supports smart mobility innovation, and enhances the efficiency of automotive development cycles.
3. RIMAP-AI – Predictive Maintenance Platform for Industrial Operations
Developed by RITEC, RIMAP-AI is a scalable, intelligent predictive maintenance platform leveraging hybrid AI models and Industrial IoT. The system enables manufacturers to monitor machinery in real time, anticipate failures before they occur, and significantly reduce operational downtime and costs—supporting the broader digital transformation of industrial facilities.
