The collaboration ensures that Virgin Mobile’s digital services become instantly accessible to users of new Huawei smartphones and tablets through a streamlined, out-of-the-box setup journey.

Under the agreement, the Virgin Mobile UAE app will come pre-loaded on upcoming Huawei devices, enabling customers to connect to the operator’s award-winning digital services from the moment they power on their phones or tablets. This integration eliminates the need for manual downloads or searches, offering immediate access to mobile plans and activation tools in a single, frictionless step.

The initiative is embedded within Huawei’s Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE), making Virgin Mobile visible during the initial device setup. With one click, users can explore available plans and activate mobile services instantly, delivering a smoother onboarding experience that reflects both companies’ commitment to convenience, innovation, and customer-first digital journeys.

The partnership also supports Huawei’s three-year strategic roadmap, which focuses on expanding ecosystem integration across wearables, advertising platforms, and new service categories.
