The summit opened with welcoming remarks from Mr. Jerry Liu, Chairman of Huawei Technologies UAE, who emphasized Huawei’s mission to strengthen global ecosystems and empower developers across the region. Liu highlighted the company's continued investment in creating smarter, more connected digital experiences through deepening partnerships and innovation.
His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Sultan Bin Shakhboot Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Esports Federation, delivered an inspiring keynote that underscored a shared commitment with HUAWEI AppGallery to advancing the esports sector. He praised AppGallery for building a sustainable ecosystem for mobile gaming through dedicated local onboarding, advanced testing and optimization tools, and diversified monetization models.

A highlight of the summit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA). The partnership reflects Huawei’s mission to blend technology with creativity while supporting digital transformation across the region.
His Excellency Ali Khalifa bin Thalith Al Humairi, Secretary General of HIPA, delivered a keynote titled “Technology Connecting Cultures Through Digital Art Innovation.”
He announced the launch of a special Watch Faces collection inspired by the identity of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and featuring the emblem of his sports team F3.
