Orange Egypt and Public Prosecution Launch New Phase of Digital Services
Orange Egypt has announced a new phase of its strategic partnership with the Egyptian Public Prosecution, marking a major milestone in Egypt’s ongoing journey toward full digital transformation. Building on the successful completion of the financial inclusion phase, this new step enables citizens to access a comprehensive suite of digital legal and government services seamlessly through the My Orange application.
The initiative represents a breakthrough in smart governance, empowering Orange customers to obtain Public Prosecution requests digitally—including services from traffic, family, and criminal prosecutions—with integrated digital payment options via Orange Cash wallet. This digital ecosystem supports Egypt’s Vision 2030, which seeks to create a more efficient, accessible, and inclusive digital government for all citizens.

A Fully Integrated Digital Platform for Government Services
Through a few simple steps, Orange customers can now access Public Prosecution digital services via the My Orange app.
By selecting the “Public Prosecution Requests” icon on the home screen, users are directed to a welcoming page where the service is automatically linked to their Orange Cash wallet, granting instant access to a variety of services with maximum security and reliability.
The Traffic Prosecution services allow citizens to check and pay fines for themselves or others, settle violations instantly, or submit appeals digitally.
Similarly, Family Prosecution services provide access to case status inquiries, inheritance declarations, court rulings, official copies of judgments, and certificates related to financial and personal cases.
Meanwhile, Criminal Prosecution services enable authorized users to submit requests for case updates, official document copies, or court certificates—all within the same secure digital environment.
Through My Orange, customers can track their submitted requests in real time, view progress updates, and receive their documents directly at home. All requests are completed through a secure data exchange system between the Orange platform and the Public Prosecution’s digital infrastructure.
