Al-Safi Group Showcases Technological Manufacturing Leadership at MEA Industry 2025

Al-Safi Group, one of Egypt’s leading industrial and technology enterprises, is participating in the first edition of the MEA Industry Exhibition, held in conjunction with the sixth edition of the TransMEA Smart Transport and Logistics Exhibition under the theme “Industry and Transport Together for Sustainable Development.” The event takes place at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from November 9 to 11, 2025, under the patronage of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and with the participation of leading local and international companies.

Al-Safi Group’s participation aligns with its commitment to supporting Egypt’s industrial localization efforts and advancing the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development. Through its presence at the exhibition, the Group reaffirms its leadership in technology manufacturing, its role in enhancing local production capabilities, and its ongoing efforts to contribute to the national economy by delivering innovative industrial solutions that strengthen Egypt’s competitiveness and meet the evolving demands of sustainable growth.

As part of the exhibition, Al-Safi Group aims to highlight Egypt’s growing industrial capabilities and balance between local manufacturing potential and import needs—showcasing the country’s ability to achieve industrial integration and narrow the supply-demand gap in the domestic market.

Carrying the slogan “Always Believing,” the Al-Safi pavilion embodies the Group’s unwavering confidence in Egyptian talent and its over 40-year legacy of supporting national industry. Over the decades, the Group has served as a cornerstone of Egypt’s industrial advancement—creating jobs, transferring global technologies, and tailoring innovations to local and regional market needs.

During the exhibition, H.E. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, visited the Al-Safi pavilion, where he was received by Eng. Safi Wahba, Founder and Chairman of Al-Safi Group. Wahba presented an overview of the Group’s key achievements in local manufacturing and technology localization. The Prime Minister was accompanied by several ministers, including Lieutenant General Kamel El Wazir, Minister of Industry and Transport; Eng. Mohamed Shimi, Minister of Public Enterprise; and Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities. The delegation praised the Group’s innovative industrial solutions, noting that its efforts reflect the state’s vision for a stronger, more sustainable national economy.

The Al-Safi pavilion has attracted significant attention from visitors with its interactive showcases of smart manufacturing technologies that enhance production efficiency, accelerate digital transformation, and promote sustainable, eco-friendly industrial systems aligned with Egypt’s green economy goals. The Group also highlights integrated logistics and smart supply chain solutions, alongside practical demonstrations of localized technology partnerships with leading global manufacturers aimed at knowledge transfer and workforce development.

Visitors to the pavilion can experience a fully interactive journey through Al-Safi’s manufacturing achievements, including a diverse range of high-tech products manufactured in Egypt—such as smartphones, smart TVs, routers and networking devices, CCTV and security systems, magnetic resonance technologies, and advanced medical equipment. Digital displays across the booth provide live footage from factory production lines, illustrating the transformation from concept to finished product and emphasizing the depth of Egypt’s manufacturing infrastructure.

Al-Safi Group’s participation in MEA Industry 2025 reflects its strategic vision to localize technology manufacturing and strengthen Egypt’s industrial base, in line with the state’s sustainable development agenda. The exhibition offers a vital platform to highlight the Group’s achievements and reinforce confidence in the Made in Egypt label as a symbol of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

By taking part in this landmark event, Al-Safi Group continues to solidify its position as a key player in Egypt’s industrial and technological ecosystem, demonstrating that innovation, talent development, and strategic partnerships are the foundation for achieving sustainable growth and positioning Egypt as a regional hub for manufacturing and technology.
