‏NTI Signs Agreements with Partners across Governorates to Develop Youth Digital Skills

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed three new cooperation protocols with partners from the industry and academia across several governorates, reinforcing its role in developing digital talents nationwide and providing high-quality training opportunities for youth in ICT fields.

The first protocol was signed with the Innovation University in Sharqia Governorate. It covers joint training and research programs, in addition to the exchange of scientific and technical expertise to equip the university’s students and graduates with ICT skills.

The second protocol was signed with Petra Software Ind. in Assiut to implement on-the-job training programs for local youth under the Digital Egypt Youth (DEY) Initiative. The program aims to prepare participants for the labor market, offer practical training in real work environments, and create employment opportunities for top-performing graduates. It also supports joint applied projects between NTI and the company to align technical skills with the needs of local and global markets.

The third protocol was signed with ABS AI, a Cairo-based company specializing in artificial intelligence and data analytics. Under this agreement, the two parties will cooperate to enhance the digital skills of young people by training them in AI, data analytics, and software solutions, while providing job opportunities for distinguished NTI graduates in line with digital transformation requirements.

These partnerships reflect NTI’s national role in developing a generation of digitally skilled, creative, and innovative professionals who can meet evolving market demands. They also highlight the institute’s commitment to expanding collaboration across governorates in support of Digital Egypt Vision 2030 and its position as a leading national center of excellence for human capacity development and the advancement of a fully integrated digital society.
