Qodwa-Tech and Partners Launch AI-Powered Training Program to Empower Women Entrepreneurs

The Qodwa-Tech initiative for women’s empowerment, in collaboration with Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence, the Zamit platform, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has launched a new training program titled Artificial Intelligence for Digital Marketing and E-Commerce. The program is designed to empower women entrepreneurs leading handicraft and service-based projects within the Qodwa-Tech initiative.
The training, delivered online, includes four morning and evening groups with a total of 160 participants. Among them are young women aged 16 to 18 from the Traditional Crafts Applied Technology School, alongside entrepreneurs marketing their products through the Zamit platform.
The program equips participants with the skills needed to thrive in the modern job market, aligning with both local and global workforce demands. It also prepares qualified technical professionals while enabling female entrepreneurs to keep pace with rapid technological advancements across digital platforms, applications, and online services. By harnessing AI tools for digital marketing and e-commerce, small business owners can boost productivity, strengthen their online presence, and accelerate digital transformation in support of sustainable development.
The training covers the latest AI-driven tools and applications for marketing and commerce, offering modules on smart digital marketing strategies, product development, audience analysis, and promotional content creation. Participants also gain insights into AI-based social media strategies, the fundamentals of e-commerce, how to select the right platforms for product promotion, and the role of e-commerce in helping small businesses scale to global markets.
This initiative highlights Qodwa-Tech’s mission to leverage technology as a tool for women’s empowerment, bridging the digital skills gap and creating opportunities for female entrepreneurs to expand their businesses in today’s digital economy.
