Graduates worked on real-world projects simulating industry challenges, gained access to professional networks, and received co-branded certificates from Sprints and Microsoft — strengthening their competitiveness in the technology ecosystem.
Ayman Bazaraa, Co-founder & CEO of Sprints, said:
“At Sprints, our mission is to bridge the gap between young people’s skills and market needs. We’ve witnessed remarkable potential in youth who only needed the right opportunity to thrive. Through our partnership with Microsoft, we were able to equip them with the resources to exceed the threshold of their careers. Thousands have gained not only essential tech skills, but also the confidence and opportunities to shape the future they deserve.”
Bassam Sharkawy, Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Sprints, added:
“This initiative is more than training; it is proof of what’s possible when purpose and partnership come together. In just weeks, we’ve seen young people not only learn new skills but also reimagine their futures with confidence and ambition. With Microsoft, we showed that collaboration can unlock human potential at scale, and we invite others to join us in shaping a future where opportunities are created, not awaited.”
The initiative highlights the growing impact of cross-sector partnerships in preparing the next generation with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
