NTRA Issues New Guidelines for Telecom Service Outlets’ Operating Hours Under Winter Schedule
The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has announced new operating hours for telecom service providers’ outlets across Egypt, in line with the Prime Minister’s decree introducing the winter schedule for shops and commercial centers, effective Friday, September 26, 2025.
According to the NTRA, telecom outlets will operate under the following schedule:
Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Outlets located inside shopping malls and commercial centers will adhere to the official working hours set by those venues.
The NTRA emphasized that the new schedule is designed to align with the national directive while ensuring uninterrupted access to telecom services for consumers.
