Al Shams Housing & Development Denies Acquisition of Historic Buildings Worth EGP 3 Billion

Al Shams Housing & Development has denied recent reports claiming the company had acquired 13 historic buildings in Cairo for a total value of EGP 3 billion.
In a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange, the company clarified that it already owns 11 buildings located in downtown Cairo and Alexandria, assets it has held for some time. However, it stressed that no new acquisitions or valuations have been carried out for these properties.
The company emphasized that the information circulating about a new acquisition deal is inaccurate and urged investors to rely solely on its official disclosures published through the Egyptian Exchange.
