ETHICORE Launches New Group to Advise Government Leaders Across Middle East and Africa

ETHICORE Political Lobbying, ranked among the top 10 firms in Africa and the EMEA region in government affairs and political lobbying, has announced the launch of ETHICORE Group and the opening of its first international office in Dubai, marking a significant expansion into the Gulf and Near East.

Founded in 2009 with its first client – still a partner today – ETHICORE has grown into a trusted advisor across 29 African markets. The launch of ETHICORE Group builds on this African legacy while setting the stage for a new global chapter. The group will operate at the intersection of markets, governments, and society, offering highly specialized advisory services to elite decision-makers and institutions.

ETHICORE Group will consist of five dedicated divisions:

ETHICORE East – advisory services focused on markets, policies, and regulations in Africa, the Gulf, and the Near East.

ETHICORE Lobbying – comprehensive government affairs, lobbying, and advocacy services across Africa.

ETHICORE Counsel – a network of elite advisors serving leaders and institutions.

ETHICORE Rhetoric – political communications and media strategy.

ETHICORE Theorem – intelligence on public policy, regulatory issues, and geopolitics.

Speaking on the expansion, Abdul Waheed Patel, CEO of ETHICORE Group, said:

“The launch of ETHICORE Group reflects our ambitious regional growth strategy. Dubai is a strategic hub for the Gulf and Near East, complementing our presence across 29 African markets. With a unified identity and a global strategy, we are strengthening our core capabilities, introducing new innovations, and delivering added value to our clients – always with the ethics, precision, and quality that define ETHICORE.”

The group positions itself as a strategic partner for public institutions, private organizations, leaders, and brands seeking to engage and influence policies, regulations, and geopolitical dynamics in Africa and the Gulf – at a time of critical global transformation that demands clarity, credibility, and influence.

ETHICORE’s regional and global expertise was recently showcased during Africa Public Relations Week in Nairobi, where Patel delivered a keynote address on “The Intersection of Public Relations and Government: Advocating for Public Policy.”

With its new Dubai office, ETHICORE Group reinforces its role as a high-level advisor to governments and institutions, offering a strategic edge to clients navigating complex political and regulatory landscapes across two of the world’s most dynamic regions.
