Wix and PayPal Expand Strategic Partnership to Offer Unified Payment Experience for U.S. Merchants

Website-building platform Wix has announced an expanded strategic partnership with global payments giant PayPal to provide a seamless and unified digital payment experience for merchants across the United States through the Wix Payments platform.
The collaboration enables deep integration of PayPal services directly within the Wix Payments infrastructure. U.S.-based merchants can now connect their PayPal Business accounts and manage all payment-related activities—including transactions, refunds, reporting, and settlements—from a single unified dashboard. This streamlined approach enhances operational efficiency and offers end customers more flexible payment options, such as PayPal Pay Later and Venmo.
The new integration allows funds from PayPal wallets to be transferred directly into merchants’ Wix Payments accounts, simplifying reconciliation and providing clearer visibility into cash flow. Additionally, PayPal will now serve as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) within the Wix Payments ecosystem, enabling native processing of card transactions—further boosting flexibility and deepening integration for users.
