CONNECT PS Strengthens Its Presence at LEAP 2026, Showcasing a Unique Cisco Splunk Observability Experience for Modern Contact Centers

For the third consecutive year, CONNECT Professional Services (CONNECT PS) will take part in the fifth edition of LEAP 2026, hosted at the Cisco booth. Running from August 31 to September 3, 2026, the event will witness CONNECT PS showcase its latest Future-Proofed Workplaces solutions, built to help organizations create smarter, more agile and more secure work environments as the ICT sector continues to evolve rapidly.

CONNECT PS's participation in one of the region's leading technology events comes as of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence across regional and Gulf markets and to highlight its expertise in delivering communications, digital collaboration and customer experience solutions, alongside AI-powered and cloud-based technologies.

The company will spotlight its Future-Proofed Workplaces concept, which focuses on redefining modern workplace by integrating communications, collaboration, artificial intelligence and security technologies together into a single, unified ecosystem.

This approach enables organizations to enhance productivity and improve both employee and customer experience while maintaining the highest levels of flexibility and security.

Services and Cisco, which aims to deliver integrated solutions to enterprises and organizations, enabling them to keep pace with the transition toward hybrid and digital work models and capitalize on the growing capabilities of artificial intelligence to transform business environments.

Commenting on the company’s participation, Ahmed Tolba, Managing Director of CONNECT PS’s Saudi Arabia operations, stated that taking part in LEAP 2026 represents an important opportunity to engage with customers and partners while showcasing the latest technological trends shaping the future of workplace environments.

Tolba explained that CONNECT PS does not view digital transformation simply as the addition of new tools or technologies to the workplace, but rather as a comprehensive transformation in the way organizations operate, manage their processes, and communicate with employees and customers.

He noted that the company is placing particular emphasis during its participation on modern contact centers, which are increasingly dependent on digital technologies, cloud services, and integrated applications to deliver enhanced customer experiences.

“As the volume of calls, data, and services handled by contact centers continues to grow, it has become essential to have a platform capable of monitoring all components of the technology environment and identifying potential issues before they significantly affect customers,” Tolba said.

He added that Cisco Splunk Observability provides advanced capabilities for performance monitoring, data analytics, and correlating different events across the contact center environment.

“This is precisely what we will focus on and explore through our participation at LEAP this year. It is being showcased for the first time through our collaboration with our partners at Cisco,” Tolba said.

He further emphasized that the next phase would bring even greater focus on artificial intelligence, employee and customer experience, and automation — describing these areas as the key drivers reshaping the workplace.

Organizations, he noted, are no longer looking merely for standalone technology solutions, but increasingly for integrated platforms capable of delivering measurable outcomes and supporting broader business objectives.

Throughout LEAP 2026, CONNECT Professional Services will showcase a range of solutions aimed at transforming workplace environments, spanning enterprise communications and collaboration, contact center and customer experience solutions, and AI applications designed to support employees and enhance operational efficiency.

CONNECT PS's presence also extends across Cisco's regional events, where the company has joined Cisco partners in initiatives focused on the future of digital collaboration, customer experience, artificial intelligence and next-generation workplace environments.

Through its participation in LEAP 2026, CONNECT PS aims to deepen its conversations with enterprises and decision-makers about the future of the workplace environments and to underscore the importance of moving beyond simply acquiring technology toward effectively leveraging it to deliver tangible business outcomes.

As LEAP 2026 brings the technology community together to shape what comes next, CONNECT PS looks forward to being part of the tech conversations driving that future alongside Cisco, our partners and the organizations leading the next chapter of digital transformation.
