MIDBANK Activates Securities Custody Account Procedures
MIDBANK has announced the activation of procedures for opening bank accounts and updating custody agreement data for securities clients and beneficiaries of its custody services, in line with Financial Regulatory Authority Board Resolution No. 226 of 2025.
The bank said the new procedures are designed to comply with the requirements of the resolution while supporting the state’s digital transformation and financial inclusion efforts, as well as enhancing services provided to participants in the securities market.
How Clients Can Complete the Procedures
MIDBANK called on eligible clients to complete account-opening procedures or update their custody agreement data by visiting the nearest bank branch or contacting the customer service center at 19189.

Clients can also contact the bank’s Custody Services Sector via email at [email protected].
The bank said details of the fees and commissions related to account opening are available through its approved banking tariff.
Compliance With Regulatory Requirements
MIDBANK confirmed that the procedures are part of its commitment to complying with the regulatory requirements of the Financial Regulatory Authority and developing mechanisms for dealing with securities clients and beneficiaries of custody services.
The bank added that the procedures are subject to the terms and conditions it has announced.
