Osool Developments Unveils 40-Feddan ‘Sayf’ Resort in Egypt’s North Coast
Osool Developments has launched Sayf, a new coastal resort spanning 40 feddans in Sidi Abdel Rahman on Egypt’s North Coast, as the developer expands its presence in one of the country’s fastest-growing holiday home destinations.
The project has been designed as a low-density beachfront community, with only around 18% of the total land allocated to buildings, while the remaining area will be dedicated to landscaped open spaces, recreational facilities, and water features. The master plan includes a mix of chalets, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas.
Located at Kilometer 134 along the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh coastal road, the development is positioned in the heart of Sidi Abdel Rahman, a prime tourism and residential destination that has attracted significant investment in recent years.
The company said the launch reflects its strategy of delivering real estate projects that create long-term value by combining carefully selected locations, integrated planning, and sustainable community design. The project has secured the required development approvals and is being introduced with flexible payment plans as Osool seeks to capitalize on strong demand for North Coast properties.
The launch comes amid continued momentum in Egypt's coastal real estate market, where developers are expanding their portfolios with integrated resort communities to meet growing demand from both homebuyers and investors seeking second homes and long-term investment opportunities.
