The UAE-based technology investment company MGX, the AI Infrastructure Partnership, and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) have officially completed the 100% acquisition of Aligned Data Centers. The consortium acquired the company from private infrastructure funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management and its co-investors.

The transaction reflects an enterprise value of approximately $40 billion, marking it as one of the largest private investments in digital infrastructure worldwide.
