Digital Egypt Builders Initiative
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is accepting applications for a new round of Digital Egypt Builders Initiative (DEBI), a fully funded program targeting university graduates from the past five years. DEBI equips Egyptian youth with in-demand skills across today's leading IT fields, including digital arts, cybersecurity, business analytics, software development, applied AI for professionals, and AI, data science, and cloud computing, while also building core skills in leadership, management, English, innovation, entrepreneurship, and freelancing.
Delivered through a blend of in-person and online learning, the eight-month program partners with international universities and top technology companies worldwide. Each track wraps up with a capstone project developed as part of a national initiative, in partnership with an international company, or as a startup venture. Graduates earn internationally recognized professional certifications, and top performers are considered for employment opportunities.
