PRE Group and seven Partner to Deliver Integrated Home Financing, Finishing and Furnishing Solutions Across Residential Communities
Consumer finance company seven has signed a strategic partnership with PRE Group to provide integrated financing solutions for home finishing and furnishing across the developer’s residential projects, in a move aimed at enhancing the customer experience and supporting homeowners throughout the post-handover phase.
The collaboration seeks to combine real estate development services with consumer financing solutions, enabling customers to complete and furnish their homes through flexible payment plans while reducing the financial burden typically associated with moving into a new property.
Under the agreement, seven will offer tailored financing programs for finishing works through PRE Group’s specialized subsidiary responsible for finishing services, project management, and technology solutions. The initiative is designed to help homeowners complete their units through convenient installment plans while benefiting from a streamlined and integrated service model.
The partnership also extends to home furnishing solutions through seven’s network of furniture and interior design partners. Customers will be able to access financing through the company's “seven wonders” program, which provides one-time financing options covering furniture purchases and other household requirements, helping facilitate a smoother transition into new homes.
Through seven’s digital platform, customers across PRE Group’s developments will be able to apply for and manage financing solutions. The offering will be available across the company’s portfolio, including Hadaba and Ivoire West in West Cairo, Stone Park, Stone Residence, Telal East, and Ivoire East in East Cairo, as well as Telal North Coast, Telal Sokhna, and Jebal El Sokhna.
The partnership comes as PRE Group continues to advance project deliveries across its developments. The company recently completed the delivery of all units at its Hadaba project in 6th of October City and is preparing to begin handovers for the first phase of Ivoire West by the end of the year. Construction activity also continues across Jebal El Sokhna and several other projects within the group's portfolio.
Omar El-Feky, Chief Executive Officer of seven, said the partnership reflects the company’s strategy of expanding beyond traditional financing services to support customers' everyday lifestyle needs.
