How to Withdraw Vodafone Cash Funds Through ATMs Without a Bank Card

Vodafone Cash users in Egypt can withdraw funds directly from ATMs without the need for a bank card, as mobile wallet services continue to expand across the country’s digital payments ecosystem.

The service allows customers to access cash instantly through participating ATM machines linked to electronic wallet services, supporting Egypt’s broader push toward financial inclusion and cashless transactions.

To initiate the withdrawal process, users must dial the code 922# from their Vodafone line or use the Ana Vodafone mobile application to request an ATM withdrawal transaction.

Customers are then required to enter the amount they wish to withdraw and confirm the request using their Vodafone Cash wallet PIN.

After completing the request, users receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS, which is valid for a limited time and used to authorize the withdrawal at the ATM.

At the ATM, customers can select “Cardless Services” or “Mobile Wallet” options, then enter the registered mobile number, the OTP code, and the withdrawal amount to complete the transaction.

The service is available through several ATM networks operated by participating Egyptian banks, including the National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, and Commercial International Bank (CIB), among others supporting cardless wallet withdrawals.

Vodafone Cash currently represents one of Egypt’s largest mobile wallet services, offering customers a wide range of digital financial services including money transfers, bill payments, online purchases, donations, and ATM cash withdrawals.

The growing adoption of mobile wallet services reflects the rapid expansion of Egypt’s fintech sector and the increasing reliance on digital payment solutions driven by smartphone penetration and government-backed financial inclusion initiatives.

Industry observers say ATM withdrawal services linked to mobile wallets have significantly improved access to financial services, particularly for users without traditional bank accounts, while reducing dependence on cash-based transactions.
