Orange Group Revenues Top €10 Billion in Q1 2026, Driven by Double-Digit Growth in MEA
Orange Group has reported a robust financial performance for the first quarter of 2026, with consolidated revenues rising 3.5% year-on-year to reach €10.095 billion. The growth was primarily fueled by a stellar 12.7% surge in the Africa and Middle East region, which remains the Group's most dynamic growth engine. Performance was further bolstered by steady gains in France (+2.3%) and Europe (+2.2%), alongside a strategic boost from fiber-optic wholesale co-financing.
The Group’s EBITDAaL (Operating Income) climbed 6.6% to €2.601 billion, reflecting enhanced operational efficiency and strong retail service performance. Excluding exceptional co-financing impacts in France, EBITDAaL growth stood at a solid 3.5%. CEO Christel Heydemann noted that these results mark a successful launch for the "Trust the Future" strategic plan, emphasizing the Group’s resilience and its leadership in converged services, which now serve 9.3 million customers across Europe.
