Orange Egypt and Paragon-Adeer Launch ”AI Campus”: A First-of-its-Kind Innovation Hub for the MENA Region
In a landmark move for the regional digital economy, Orange Egypt has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paragon-Adeer to launch the "AI Campus" within the "Sumou Boulevard" project in Mostakbal City. Developed in collaboration with global innovation platform Plug and Play, the 500-acre campus is designed to be the premier hub for Artificial Intelligence and advanced technologies in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. The project aims to consolidate Egypt’s position as a regional tech leader by providing a high-tech sanctuary for startups and global tech firms alike.
Under this partnership, Orange Egypt will spearhead the development of the digital infrastructure, deploying cutting-edge 5G networks, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and smart connectivity frameworks. This robust foundation will power the "AI 100" program, a strategic four-year initiative hosted at the campus. The program aims to incubate and scale 100 AI-driven startups by 2030, offering them advanced training, investment readiness tracks, and direct access to international innovation networks, effectively bridging the gap between local talent and global markets.
