iCareer Targets 5x Growth in 2026, Aiming to Facilitate 50,000 Placements in Egypt’s Job Market
iCareer, Egypt’s leading recruitment and skill-building platform, has announced a bold expansion strategy for 2026, aiming to execute 50,000 successful job placements—a five-fold increase from the 10,000 operations recorded in 2025. Speaking at a roundtable during the 4th Customer Service Recruitment Day, Akram Marwan, Co-founder and CEO, revealed that the platform is prioritizing high-demand sectors, with a specific target of 18,000 placements in the customer service and outsourcing industry this year.
The platform’s growth is fueled by a hybrid model that combines digital recruitment tools with intensive vocational training. By partnering with over 1,000 companies across technology, retail, logistics, and finance, iCareer is bridging the persistent gap between academic output and actual market requirements. Marwan emphasized that the 2026 targets are supported by strategic collaborations with government entities, international development organizations, and private sector giants to ensure sustainable job creation for Egypt's growing youth population.
