Currently serving as Section Head - Employee Relations at Telecom Egypt, Mostafa plays a pivotal role in leading HR operations, steering employee relations frameworks, and ensuring strict alignment with corporate policies and compliance standards. His work directly contributes to enhancing employee experience while supporting effective workforce planning across the organization.
Over the years, Mostafa has built a well-rounded HR career, progressing through key roles including HR Specialist, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Supervisor. This journey has enabled him to develop deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to performance management and organizational development.
His professional foundation is further strengthened by an early career in sales and account management, where he developed strong business acumen and communication skills that continue to influence his HR leadership approach today.
Academically, Mostafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Ain Shams University and a Professional MBA from Capital University - Helwan. He has also earned two specialized HR diplomas and is currently advancing his academic journey by pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
