Title: Hyundai Elantra AD Prices Increase in Egypt Amid Rising Shipping Costs
GB Auto, the exclusive distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Egypt, announced its first price adjustment for the locally assembled Hyundai Elantra AD, ranging between EGP 25,000 and EGP 26,000. The increase comes amid escalating U.S.-Israel tensions with Iran, which have driven up global shipping and insurance costs.
The new prices for the Elantra AD models are:
Smart: EGP 925,000
Modern: EGP 1,015,000
Sunroof Modern: EGP 1,025,000

The vehicle measures 4,620 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, and 1,450 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm and a 407-liter trunk. Powered by a 1.6L engine producing 127.5 hp and 155 Nm of torque, it is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Safety features include ABS, EBD, front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, airbags for driver and front passenger, a rain sensor, and cruise control. The interior is equipped with leather-wrapped seats, steering wheel, and gear lever, a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, and multi-function steering wheel with Bluetooth connectivity.
