Dubai to Host Fourth “Billion Followers Summit” Highlighting Gaming and Sports Content
Dubai is set to host the fourth edition of the Billion Followers Summit, organized by the UAE Government Media Office, from January 9 to 11, 2026, under the theme “Purposeful Content.” The event will feature leading global influencers in gaming and sports content.
Participants will share insights and experiences through sessions at prominent venues such as Emirates Towers, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the Museum of the Future, along with interactive workshops and panel discussions designed to enrich the digital content industry and highlight emerging media trends.
Gaming content will feature stars like Preston Arsement, founder of the YouTube channel PrestonPlayz, Brianna Arsement, and regional creators including Ahmed Al Nasheet, Kenigra Dion, Reda Al Wahabi, Ayman Ezz, and DEX Rock. They will discuss turning digital passion into engaging content for global audiences.
In the sports content category, notable participants include legendary footballer Rio Ferdinand, Bashar Arabi, John Nelis, Osama Nasser (OussiFooty), along with Taiyo Kimura, Lisa Zimots, Latigo Adishola, and Ian Schaefer, who connect fans and athletes through highly engaging digital content.
The summit program includes over 580 sessions and workshops, featuring more than 15,000 content creators and influencers, 500 global speakers with a combined following of 3.5 billion, and 150 senior executives and industry experts, welcoming over 30,000 visitors from around the world.
