Minister of Housing: Next Tuesday, the 13th lottery will be held for citizens whose situations have been regularized in the Al-Rabia area of Al-Shorouk.
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced that the 13th public lottery for allocating housing units to citizens who have paid the initial deposits for specific plot sizes in the Al-Rabia area of Shorouk City will be held next Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the city's development authority headquarters.
Engineer El-Sherbiny emphasized that this initiative is part of a series of efforts aimed at providing land, residential units, and commercial properties in an organized and sustainable manner, in line with the state's policy of achieving urban balance and expanding homeownership opportunities for citizens throughout the country.
In this context, officials from the Shorouk City Development Authority explained that the 13th manual public lottery will be conducted to allocate housing units to clients who have paid the initial deposits for their plot sizes, which are categorized as follows: 209 sq m, 276 sq m, 500 sq m, 600 sq m, and 700 sq m, within the Al-Rabia area.
Officials from the Shorouk City Authority indicated that customers will be allowed entry until 12 noon, after which the public lottery will begin. Attendance at the public lottery will be permitted with proof of identity and the original payment receipt.
