Saudi Arabia Announces Cybersecurity Investments Exceeding 500 Million SAR at Black Hat 2025

The Saudi Ministry of Investment has announced a major package of high-value investments in the cybersecurity sector during the fourth edition of Black Hat Middle East & Africa 2025. The Ministry is participating as the strategic sponsor and investment partner of the event, organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center from 2 to 4 December. The conference gathered leading global companies, innovation-driven organizations, senior officials, and industry experts.

Senior leaders from the Ministry of Investment played an active role throughout the event, taking part in key panel discussions that addressed the latest developments shaping the cybersecurity sector. The discussions also explored future investment prospects amid accelerating global technological transformation, while spotlighting opportunities for empowering specialized and emerging companies to access both Saudi and regional markets.

During its participation, the Ministry unveiled a series of new investments from prominent global and domestic cybersecurity companies. The newly announced commitments—valued at more than 500 million SAR—include the establishment of new regional headquarters, the launch of operational branches, the signing of exclusive partnership agreements, and expansions into international markets. These investments underscore the attractiveness of Saudi Arabia’s investment climate and the strength of its digital and cybersecurity ecosystem.

The Ministry emphasized that its participation in this international event aligns with its ongoing efforts to attract high-quality investments, launch incentive-driven initiatives, and support the global expansion of Saudi companies. It also reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating the growth of the cybersecurity sector as a promising pillar of the national technology landscape. This mission is fully aligned with the goals of Vision 2030, which aims to advance the Kingdom’s digital economy, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen technological readiness.
