Raya Customer Experience (Raya CX), a portfolio company of Raya Holding for Financial Investments and a leading provider of customer experience management and business process outsourcing services, announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UK-based customer engagement specialist RSVP (Media Response). The agreement was formalized during Raya CX’s participation at the UK Contact Centre Expo 2025 in London, held under the Egyptian Pavilion and supported by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The ceremony was attended by Eng. Mahmoud Sofrata, Vice President of ITIDA, whose presence underscored the agency’s continued commitment to strengthening international partnerships and advancing Egypt’s global footprint in the outsourcing and customer experience sectors.
