Raya Data Center Services Signs Strategic Partnership with Reefy Microfinance at Cairo ICT 2025
Raya Holding for Financial Investments announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Raya Data Center Services, affiliated with Raya Information Technology, has signed a new cooperation agreement with Reefy, one of Egypt’s leading microfinance institutions, on the sidelines of the Cairo ICT 2025 exhibition.
In a statement to the Egyptian Exchange today, Raya Holding confirmed that the partnership will enable Raya Data Center Services to provide Reefy with an integrated suite of advanced technology solutions. These include secure cloud hosting services, AI-powered capabilities supported by GPU infrastructure through the company’s new RDC AI Service, a fully integrated Security Operations Center (SOC), and high-reliability connectivity solutions, in addition to 24/7 managed services and operational support.
The company emphasized that the agreement reflects its continued efforts to expand digital infrastructure services and support organizations in accelerating their digital transformation through high-performance, secure and scalable technologies.
Raya Holding also reported strong financial results for the first nine months of 2025. The company achieved a consolidated net profit of EGP 1.77 billion, compared to EGP 1.27 billion during the same period last year, taking minority interests into account. Revenues surged to EGP 45.5 billion, up from EGP 32.3 billion in the corresponding period of 2024.
At the standalone level, Raya Holding recorded a significant turnaround, reporting profits of EGP 317.2 million in the nine-month period, compared to losses of EGP 249.25 million during the same period of last year.
This partnership marks another step in Raya’s strategy to strengthen its technological footprint and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to support key sectors, including the fast-growing microfinance industry.
