Deep Tech Careers Hub 2025 Debuts at GITEX, Showcasing AI-Powered Career Discovery
In a bold step toward reshaping the future of talent development, Sprints and Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship (GIE) Company unveiled Deep Tech Careers Hub 2025 at GITEX Expand North Star in Dubai Harbour, as part of the Deep Tech MEA Initiative. The launch marked a milestone in next-generation career innovation, introducing an AI-powered ecosystem that enables youth and professionals to assess their skills, gain data-driven insights, and connect with future-ready opportunities in an increasingly digital economy.
At the heart of this immersive experience was the AI Career Fortuneteller, which quickly became the most celebrated attraction of the event. The interactive platform delivered advanced assessments that uncovered each participant’s strengths, hidden capabilities, and ideal career paths, empowering them to identify roles where they could excel. Complementing this, the AI Mock Interviews provided real-time, data-backed evaluations of communication, confidence, and technical skillset, helping participants sharpen their performance and elevate their readiness for real-world challenges.
The four-day journey culminated with on-ground physical interviews, where talents met face-to-face with employers offering opportunities aligned with their abilities and career ambitions. The experience transformed the traditional career fair model into a personalized, insight-driven exploration of potential, blending human connection with cutting-edge technology.
“Deep Tech Careers Hub 2025 marked a technological leap in how people discover and grow their potential,” said Ayman Bazaraa, Co-founder and CEO of Sprints. «By relying on advanced AI algorithms and data-driven insights, we paved the way for a new era of career development; one where talent identification, skills assessment, and job matching operate with unprecedented precision and personalization.»
Bassam Sharkawy, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Sprints, added: «We turned a bold vision into reality by combining cutting-edge AI with human-centered design. The result was an integrated, immersive experience that set a new benchmark in how talents engage with technology and envision the future of work.»
Tarek Salah, CEO of GIE Company, highlighted the impact of the collaboration: «Our partnership with Sprints empowered Deep Tech Talents with an unparalleled experience to discover their future careers, assess their capabilities, and make better-informed decisions. This initiative is a glimpse into how the next generation will learn, work, and thrive in the age of AI.»
With hundreds of participants stepping directly into the future of work, Deep Tech Careers Hub 2025 demonstrated how AI, combined with strategic innovation, can redefine career exploration and unlock human potential at scale.
