Guira Developments has officially unveiled KAÏA, a boutique residential sanctuary in the heart of Sheikh Zayed that redefines lifestyle-led living through a blend of wellness, mindful design, and community-centered architecture. Positioned as the company’s newest signature destination, KAÏA is scheduled for delivery in 2029.
