Promising Early Results for dopay’s “EarlyPay” Service: 88% of Employees Report Greater Loyalty, 57% Use It to Ease Financial Pressure

Fintech innovator dopay has announced promising early outcomes from its newly launched EarlyPay service — the first pay-on-demand solution of its kind in Egypt — showing strong engagement and clear financial benefits for employees and employers alike.

Within less than two months of its launch, 57% of eligible employees at participating companies have already used EarlyPay to manage short-term financial needs, underscoring the growing demand for flexible, responsible access to earned wages.

According to dopay’s employee satisfaction survey conducted between September and October 2025:

88% of employees reported stronger loyalty and appreciation toward their employers after gaining access to EarlyPay.

75% said they would recommend the service to their colleagues.

67% said it helped them cover unexpected expenses without resorting to loans or paying interest.

44% appreciated the flexibility of accessing part of their salary at any time during the month.

Ahmed Nassef, Group General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at dopay, commented:

> “These early findings highlight the real-world impact of people-centered digital financial solutions. Traditional payroll systems no longer keep pace with modern life. EarlyPay gives employees peace of mind and stability, while helping employers boost engagement and retention — all without adding administrative complexity.”

EarlyPay allows employees to instantly access a portion of their earned salary, anytime during the month, through a fully digital, interest-free, and fee-free experience. Employers can activate and manage the service through the dopay Business Platform, while employees access funds instantly via the dopay mobile app, available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.

The service currently allows withdrawals of up to EGP 2,500, processed securely within dopay’s regulated ecosystem and in full compliance with the Central Bank of Egypt’s standards.

Nassef added:

> “Although EarlyPay has been live for less than two months, adoption and feedback have exceeded expectations. This shows a growing shift in how employees value financial flexibility. Our mission is to help workers achieve stability and independence through smart, human-centered digital tools — because financially secure employees drive stronger, more resilient organizations.”
